Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of experience with customer service, coordination, scheduling, or administrative skills.
• Experience handling high call volumes or coordinating transportation services preferred.
• Experience using dispatching, scheduling, database, spreadsheet, or other office software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, gather trip and passenger information, and communicate details to appropriate staff.
• Dispatch information to drivers via radio, phone, or email to support timely pickups and drop-offs.
• Provide drivers with routes, schedules, and directions as needed.
• Communicate professionally with passengers, families, staff, and community partners.
• Maintain accurate transportation records, including Excel spreadsheets and schedules.
• Create and update information within the Dispatch Software package.
