• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Good collaboration and willingness to learn from colleagues.
• Prior exposure to data centers or telecoms is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and stage equipment and cabling.
• Perform basic inventory checks against packing lists.
• Assist with rack positioning and physical preparation under supervision.
• Install rack accessories and perform MACD activities under guidance.
• Route and dress cabling per standards and label components.
• Capture serial numbers, rack locations, and installation records.
• Follow safety, SOPs, and quality requirements.
