Job summary

Leidos Intelligence Sector seeks highly qualified Cyberspace Operational Planners to support DoD Joint Planning processes and USCYBERCOM operations. This on-site role integrates cyber warfare planning with defense intelligence, delivering actionable plans to protect national security interests.

You will develop and staff Operational Plans and Orders, support Joint Operational Planning Groups, and coordinate with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility and Polygraph.
• Associates degree or higher in STEM or related field.
• 2+ years CO Planner experience or equivalent waivers.
• Familiarity with military operations and JP 5-0.
• Cyber operational planning training within DoD or IC.

Responsibilities

• Engage in Cyberspace Operational Planning activities supporting USCYBERCOM on-site.
• Develop and staff OPLANs, OPORDs, and FRAGOs.
• Support Joint Operational Planning Groups and Teams (OPG/OPT).
• Coordinate cyber capabilities integration with internal/external partners.
• Provide situational awareness and document planning decisions.
