Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Support pipeline generation through outbound prospecting and inbound follow-ups
• Learn and apply a structured sales process (qualification, discovery, closing)
• Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client needs and route opportunities effectively
• Assist in product positioning and join demos led by senior team members
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers and vendor partners during sales cycles
• Maintain CRM hygiene and track activities consistently
• Participate in training programs on cybersecurity solutions and sales methodologies
• Gradually take ownership of smaller SMB deals over time

Required Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
• Strong interest in technology and cybersecurity
• Exposure or basic familiarity with cybersecurity concepts or vendors such as CrowdStrike is a plus (not required)
• Strong communication skills and willingness to engage with clients
• High level of coachability, curiosity, and learning agility
• Organized and disciplined in managing tasks and follow-ups

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or initial experience in B2B sales (SDR/BDR experience is a plus)
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
• Basic understanding of SMB business environments
• Interest in developing a career in cybersecurity sales
