Job summary

Gurucul is seeking an entry-level Customer Success Associate to support onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement for our cybersecurity analytics platform. Based on-site in El Segundo, CA, you will work with Customer Success Managers, Support, Product, and Sales Engineering to help customers realize value and drive renewals.

The role is ideal for a recent graduate who is customer-focused, organized, and eager to learn how enterprise customers operationalize security technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• On-site in El Segundo, CA; collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist onboarding by coordinating kickoff logistics and follow-ups.
• Support adoption through training coordination and guides.
• Maintain account health signals and document adoption progress.
• Coordinate with Support, Product, and Sales to address customer needs.
• Aid renewal readiness and identify expansion opportunities.
