Job summary

AGS is seeking a Customer Success Manager to partner with strategic enterprise customers across North America, driving successful deployment, adoption, and long-term value. You will own a portfolio post-sale and act as the primary contact across technical and executive stakeholders.

In this high-touch role, you’ll lead onboarding, measure outcomes, identify expansion opportunities, and help scale customer success processes as the business grows, with equity offered as part of the compensation.

Qualifications

• SaaS Customer Success / Account Management experience.
• Exposure to cybersecurity, IT, or network security environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable in a high-touch, enterprise customer model.
• Proactive, organised, and outcomes-focused.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise customers post-sale.
• Act as the primary point of contact across technical and executive stakeholders.
• Drive onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success alongside Sales & Systems Engineering.
• Lead regular check-ins and business reviews to measure impact and outcomes.
• Identify expansion, upsell, and renewal opportunities.
• Help shape and scale customer success processes as the business grows.
