Qualifications

• 0-2 years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience required
• Associate's Degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics is required
• Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Underwrite new and renewing commercial loan requests across real estate, construction, C&I, SBA 7A/504/USDA.
• Prepare credit memos through nCino in compliance with loan policy and regulations.
• Spread and analyze financial statements and tax returns, and complete required financial charts.
• Review loan packages for proper structure, accurate financial analysis, collateral, risk ratings, covenants, and conditions.
• Participate in loan committee meetings and discussions.
• Support loan officers with closings, portfolio management, and annual reviews.
• Monitor covenants, construction loan management through Built system, and vendor coordination.
