Job summary

First Bank of Wyoming is seeking a Credit Analyst I to support commercial lenders throughout the division by performing credit analysis, spreading financials, and preparing credit memos for loan requests. The role involves assisting with portfolio management, loan closings, and special projects within our risk framework.

The ideal candidate has 0-2 years of related experience and an Associate’s degree in business/finance/accounting/economics, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of similar or related experience.
• Associate's Degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite new and renewing commercial loan requests across real estate, CRE, C&I, and SBA loans.
• Prepare credit memos and assist with underwriting using nCino and policy guidance.
• Spread and analyze financial statements and tax returns; complete financial charts.
• Review loan packages for structure, analysis, collateral, covenants and conditions.
• Support loan officers with closings, portfolio management, and annual reviews.
