Responsibilities

• Underwrite new and renewing commercial loan requests across real estate, construction, C&I, and SBA loans.
• Assist in credit memos through nCino per loan policy and regulations.
• Review loan packages for structure, financial analysis, collateral, risk rating, and covenants.
• Support loan officers with closings, portfolio management, and annual reviews.
• Monitor covenants and construction loan management through Built system.
