Qualifications

• 0-2 years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience required.
• Associate's Degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics highly preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite new and renewing commercial loan requests across real estate, construction, C&I, SBA loans.
• Assist in credit memos through nCino in line with loan policy and regs.
• Spread and analyze financial statements and tax returns; complete financial charts.
• Review loan packages for structure, analysis, collateral, risk rating, covenants.
• Participate in loan committee discussions and provide portfolio support.
• Assist with closings, portfolio management, and annual reviews.
• Monitor covenants and manage construction lending in Built system.
