Responsibilities

• Underwrite new and renewing commercial loan requests across real estate, construction, C&I, and SBA/USDA programs
• Prepare credit memos and financial analyses; spread financial statements and tax returns
• Support loan officers with closings, portfolio management, and annual reviews
• Participate in loan committee discussions and ensure compliance with loan policies
