Job summary

Nippon Sanso Matheson, Inc. is seeking a junior-level Control Systems Integrator to help the Control Systems Manager develop the ASU plant control framework.

This full-time position is based in Irving, TX, with responsibilities that include completing assignments on time and within budget while coordinating with team members on project status. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of control systems programming experience, familiarity with Siemens SIMATIC S7/S5/CTI and Allen‑Bradley PLCs, HMI

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree required.
• 1–3 years minimum in control systems programming; 2+ years preferred.
• Experience with Siemens SIMATIC S7/S5/CTI and Allen‑Bradley PLCs.
• Familiarity with IT/OT networking and SQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Develop initial PLC programming framework for new ASU plant control systems.
• Develop initial HMI visualization for new ASU plant control systems.
• Develop initial hardware configuration for new ASU plant control systems and plant network architecture.
• Provide commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting support of all control systems hardware and software on-site during start-up.
• Coordinate with project managers, vendor engineers, field technicians, and contractors throughout engineering, commissioning, and start-up phases.
• Assist with FAT and SAT of all control systems hardware and software for new ASU plants.
