You will assist Project Managers and Superintendents, helping develop schedules, budgets, and procurement plans while ensuring quality and safety standards are met on mid-sized projects.

With a focus on growth, the role emphasizes collaboration, documentation, and proactive risk management to help deliver successful project outcomes for CT clients.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience with a Commercial General Contractor
• Degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with project management software and tools

Responsibilities

• Assist PMs in creating and maintaining project schedules
• Assist PMs in preparing and managing project budgets and cost control
• Assist PMs in procuring materials and services cost-effectively
• Review subcontractor pricing and bids
• Ensure construction meets quality and safety standards and complies with regulations
• Maintain project documentation and meeting minutes
• Support closeout activities and client handover
