Job summary

Babbidge Construction Company, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee major construction projects in the New Haven, CT area, from planning through completion.

You will lead project teams, manage schedules, budgets, QA/QC, safety, and client satisfaction while advancing the firm's values of integrity and collaboration. This role reports to the Director of Construction Operations and offers growth as the company expands.

Responsibilities

• Project Performance: Manage key construction projects in the $5-$20M range to ensure their success.
• Project Schedule: Manage to ensure flow and on-time completion.
• Project QA/QC: Make sure its done right the first time.
• Project Safety: Think Safety at all times.
• Project Budget: Monitor budget to make sure targets are met.
• Client Satisfaction: Create 'Raving Fans'.
• Team Development: Help mentor, train and advance all team members.
• Coordination with Other Departmental Teams: Assist, communicate and coordinate with others.
