Job summary

Flintco in Springdale, AR is seeking a Construction Scheduling Manager to support multiple project teams with developing, maintaining and analyzing project schedules. The role requires CPM knowledge, Last Planner alignment, and proficiency in P6, SmartPM, Touchplan, and Procore.

Qualifications

BS or professional license or certification in the applicable field.
Preferred minimum 5 years related experience and/or training, including management of multiple projects.
Experience with CPM scheduling and Last Planner System is a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepares, builds, and updates project schedules with the project team.
Performs schedule reviews and communicates comments to the team.
Participates in planning, baseline scheduling, and ongoing schedule updates.
Conducts critical path analysis and ensures CPM aligns with Last Planner results.
Maintains technology platforms for scheduling data (P6, SmartPM, Touchplan, Procore).
Develops custom scheduling reports and supports project performance review.
