Job summary

Flintco, LLC in Springdale, AR is seeking a Construction Scheduling Manager to lead project scheduling across multiple teams. You will develop, maintain, and analyze schedules using Primavera P6, Procore, and related tools, with travel up to 30% and a requirement to base in office or jobsite.

Ideal candidates have a BS in a related field and at least 5 years of multi-project scheduling experience in commercial construction, strong problem-solving, and the ability to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• BS or professional license or certification in applicable field.
• Preferred minimum 5 years related experience and/or training, including management of multiple projects concurrently.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and scheduling software.
• Ability to prioritize and manage tasks independently with limited oversight.
• Apply PDCA cycle and structured problem-solving for continuous improvement.
• Understand major scopes of commercial construction work, logistics, materials, and crew sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, builds, and updates project schedules collaboratively with the project team.
• Performs schedule reviews and communicates feedback to the project team.
• Participates in proposal, baseline, and ongoing schedule development.
• Participates in jobsite meetings where scheduling is discussed.
• Conducts detailed critical path analysis and root cause analysis for issues.
• Develops and maintains technology platforms used to host scheduling data (P6, Procore, etc.).
• Creates custom scheduling reports and relates them to project performance.
• Mentors Flintco offices as SME for Production Support and related programs.
• Tracks status of multiple projects and supports management prioritization.
