Job summary

JLL is seeking high-caliber professionals to launch or advance their commercial real estate brokerage careers. This role offers exposure to owners, C‑suite executives, and high‑level decision makers, with training through JLL University and a collaborative team environment.

Ideal candidates have 0–4+ years in CRE or B2B sales, proven business development ability, and skill to translate qualitative and quantitative information into strategic deliverables; licensing within 90 days is preferred.

Qualifications

• 0–4+ years in commercial real estate or B2B sales
• Proven success in business development and sales production
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables

Responsibilities

• Attend JLL University, a 10-week training program for Associate Brokers
• Support senior brokers in business development and outreach to new leads
• Prepare property summaries and new business presentations with senior brokers
• Collaborate on client materials (lease comparisons, market overviews, presentations)
• Shadow senior brokers in negotiation, evaluation, and documentation
• Provide clients with market information and maintain prospect data
• Contribute to local market research requests and market decks
• Review financial models, cash flow projections, and valuation models
