Qualified candidates hold an IT-related bachelor's degree, possess active TS clearance with SCI eligibility, and have 2+ years of experience with AWS, Linux, and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with AWS cloud services.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in providing customer-focused technical support.
• Knowledge of Linux distributions (e.g., RedHat, CentOS).
• Familiarity with DevOps, Agile/Scrum, and CI tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Intelligence Community Experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and maintain cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Respond to and resolve customer issues with top-tier technical support.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to support cloud applications in a sophisticated enterprise environment.
• Engage in application monitoring to identify performance or availability issues.
• Continuously monitor supporting application infrastructure for scalability and performance issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation for application support procedures.
