Job summary

Abile Group, Inc. is seeking a Cloud Operations and Customer Support Engineer, Jr. on a 10 year contract to support User Facing and Data Center IT services for an Intelligence Community customer.

The role focuses on cloud infrastructure management, technical support, and cross-team collaboration in a secure, enterprise environment. The candidate will help monitor applications, maintain documentation, and assist with DevOps practices and CI tools while holding a TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly

Qualifications

Clearance Required: TS/SCI with ability to obtain a CI Poly.
Bachelor's Degree in IT or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
2+ years of IT experience focused on cloud operations and customer support.

Responsibilities

Manages and maintains cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
Responds to and resolves customer issues, providing top-tier technical support and customer service.
Collaborates with engineering teams to support user consumption of cloud applications in a sophisticated enterprise environment.
Engages in application monitoring to address performance or availability issues.
Monitors supporting application infrastructure to identify scalability and performance issues.
Develops and maintains documentation for application support procedures.
