Job summary

Abile Group, Inc. is seeking a Jr. Cloud Operations and Customer Support Engineer on a long-term contract to support an Intelligence Community client.

You will help manage cloud infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, and provide customer-focused support in a multi-network, multi-location enterprise environment. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, 2+ years of IT experience with cloud ops, and TS/SCI clearance with CI poly.

Qualifications

• Clearance: TS/SCI with ability to obtain CI Poly.
• Bachelor's degree in IT field or related discipline.
• 2+ years IT experience focused on cloud operations and customer support.
• Proficiency with AWS cloud services and infrastructure management.
• Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages and maintains cloud infrastructure for high availability.
• Responds to and resolves customer issues with technical support.
• Collaborates with engineering teams to support cloud applications in enterprise environments.
• Engages in application Monitoring to address performance issues.
• Monitors infrastructure to identify scalability and performance concerns.
• Develops and maintains documentation for support procedures.
