Job summary

Bohler's West Palm Beach, FL office is seeking an Entry Level Civil Engineer (Land Development) who is eager to learn, grow, and make a positive impact. You will work closely with engineers, designers, and project managers to bring exciting land development projects to life, including site planning, grading, utilities, and stormwater management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 0-1+ years of residential, commercial, or industrial site design and permitting experience.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred; training provided if not yet proficient.
• EIT certification is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work on land development projects, including site planning, grading, utilities, and stormwater management.
• Partner with experienced engineers and mentors to learn every stage of site design from concept through construction.
• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to create site layouts, grading plans, and utility designs.
• Research and interpret design manuals, zoning ordinances, and jurisdictional regulations.
• Review and address regulatory comments and assist with project redesigns as needed.
