Job summary

Bohler’s Orlando, FL office is seeking an Entry Level Civil Engineer (Land Development) eager to learn and grow. You will work with engineers, designers, and PMs to bring land development projects to life, including site planning, grading, utilities, and stormwater management.

We offer mentorship, training through Bohler’s Learning & Development, and opportunities across commercial, residential, and mixed-use markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 0-1+ years of site design and permitting experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D (training provided if not proficient).
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• EIT certification is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work on land development projects including site planning, grading, utilities, and stormwater management.
• Learn from experienced engineers and mentors through all design stages from concept to construction.
• Create site layouts and grading plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Research design manuals, zoning ordinances, and jurisdictional regulations.
• Assist with regulatory comments and project redesigns as needed.
• Support preparation of stormwater reports and construction submittals.
• Participate in Bohler’s Learning & Development programs and trainings.
