Job summary

Bohler’s Westborough, MA office is seeking an Entry Level Civil Engineer (Land Development) eager to learn, grow, and impact real sites. You’ll work with engineers, designers, and PMs on site planning, grading, utilities, and stormwater, contributing to projects for commercial, residential, and mixed-use markets.

You’ll gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and formal training through Bohler’s Learning & Development programs, with opportunities to attend site visits and coordinate with teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 0–1+ years of site design and permitting experience.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D (training provided if not yet proficient).
• EIT certification is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work on land development projects including commercial, residential, industrial, and mixed-use sites.
• Learn each stage of site design from concept through construction with mentors.
• Create site layouts, grading plans, and utility designs in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Research design manuals, zoning ordinances, and jurisdictional regs.
• Assist with regulatory comments and project redesigns as needed.
• Support stormwater management reports and construction submittals.
• Participate in Bohler’s Learning & Development programs.
• Attend site visits to observe field conditions and coordinate with teams.
• Engage with professional organizations to build your network.
