Bohler's West Palm Beach, FL office seeks an Entry Level Civil Engineer (Land Development) eager to learn and grow. You will work with engineers, designers, and PMs on land development projects including site planning, grading, utilities, and stormwater management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or soon-to-be-graduated Civil Engineer with interest in land development.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D is preferred; training provided if needed.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site design for land development projects from concept to construction.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers on layouts and plans.
• Create site layouts, grading plans, and utility designs using Civil 3D.
• Research design manuals, zoning rules, and jurisdictional regulations.
• Support stormwater management reporting and submittals.
• Engage in professional development and mentorship programs.
