Bohler's Miami, FL office is seeking an Entry Level Civil Engineer (Land Development) who is eager to learn and grow. You will work with engineers, designers, and project managers to bring land development projects to life, including site planning, grading, utilities, and stormwater management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 0-1+ years of residential, commercial, or industrial site design experience.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D (training provided if needed).
• Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset.
• EIT certification helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work on land development projects across commercial, residential, industrial, and mixed-use sites.
• Learn engineering design from concept through construction with mentors.
• Create site layouts, grading plans, and utility designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Research design manuals, zoning ordinances, and jurisdictional regulations.
