Bohler’s Boca Raton, FL office seeks an Entry Level Civil Engineer (Land Development) eager to learn and grow. You will collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to bring land development projects to life, including site planning, grading, utilities, and stormwater design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 0–1+ years of site design/permitting experience preferred.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D (training provided if needed).
• EIT certification is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work on land development projects (commercial, residential, industrial, mixed-use).
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers.
• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to create site layouts, grading, and utilities.
• Research design manuals, zoning ordinances, and regulations.
• Address regulatory comments and assist with redesigns as needed.
• Support stormwater management reports and submittals.
• Participate in Bohler Learning & Development programs and trainings.
