Job summary

Bohler’s Atlanta, GA office is seeking an Entry Level Civil Engineer (Land Development) who is eager to learn, grow, and make a positive impact. You will work with engineers, designers, and project managers on site planning, grading, utilities, and stormwater management to bring exciting land development projects to life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 0–1+ years of residential, commercial, or industrial site design and permitting experience.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D (training provided if not yet proficient).
• EIT certification is helpful but not required.
• Strong communication and collaborative teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Work on land development projects across commercial, residential, industrial, and mixed‑use sites.
• Learn site design from concept through construction with mentors.
• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to create site layouts, grading plans, and utility designs.
• Research zoning ordinances and jurisdictional regulations.
• Assist with regulatory comments and project redesigns as needed.
• Support stormwater management reports and construction submittals.
• Participate in Bohler’s Learning & Development training.
• Attend site visits to observe field conditions and coordinate with project teams.
• Engage in professional and civic organizations to build your network.
