Job summary

Bohler’s Philadelphia, PA office is seeking an Entry Level Civil Engineer (Land Development) who is eager to learn, grow, and make a positive impact. You will work with engineers, designers, and project managers on land development projects, including site planning, grading, utilities, and stormwater management.

Mentorship from seasoned engineers and exposure to commercial, residential, and mixed-use sites will help you build a solid foundation. AutoCAD Civil 3D training is provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• EIT certification is helpful but not required.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred; training provided if not yet proficient.

Responsibilities

• Work on land development projects including site planning, grading, utilities and stormwater management.
• Learn from experienced engineers and mentors through all stages of site design from concept to construction.
• Create site layouts and grading plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D and coordinate with project teams.
• Research design manuals, zoning ordinances, and jurisdictional regulations; address regulatory comments.
