Job summary

Bohler’s Nashville office is seeking an Entry Level Civil Engineer (Land Development) eager to learn, grow, and make an impact. You’ll work with engineers, designers, and managers on land development projects, contributing to site planning, grading, utilities, and stormwater design.

You’ll apply AutoCAD Civil 3D to create layouts, review regulations, and assist with submittals. Training is provided, with mentorship and career development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering is required or expected.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D is preferred; Bohler provides training if needed.
• EIT certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work on land development projects including site planning, grading, utilities, and stormwater management.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to move projects from concept through construction.
• Create site layouts and grading plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Review regulations and design manuals; address comments and redesigns as needed.
• Prepare stormwater management reports and construction submittals.
• Engage in Bohler Learning & Development programs for technical growth.
