Job summary

Bohler is seeking an Entry Level Civil Engineer (Land Development) in West Palm Beach, FL. You’ll learn site design, grading, utilities, and stormwater with mentorship from experienced engineers on real land development projects for commercial, residential, and mixed-use sites.

You’ll gain hands-on experience, work with project teams, and participate in Bohler’s Learning & Development programs to advance your career in civil engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 0–1+ years of site design and permitting experience.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D; training provided if not proficient.
• EIT is helpful but not required; strong communication and teamwork encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Work on land development projects including commercial, residential, industrial, and mixed-use sites.
• Learn all stages of site design from concept through construction with mentors.
• Create site layouts, grading plans, and utility designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Research design manuals, zoning rules, and jurisdictional regulations.
• Address regulatory comments and assist with project redesigns.
• Assist with stormwater management reports and submittals.
• Participate in Bohler’s Learning & Development programs.
• Attend site visits and coordinate with project teams.
• Engage with professional organizations to build your network.
