Bohler's Frisco, TX office is seeking an Entry Level Civil Engineer (Land Development) who wants to learn, grow, and make a positive impact. You will work with engineers, designers, and project managers on land development projects, including site planning, grading, utilities, and stormwater management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 0-1+ years of site design and permitting experience.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D (training provided).
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
• EIT certification is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work on land development projects from concept through construction.
• Create site layouts, grading, and utility designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Research zoning ordinances and jurisdictional regulations.
• Address regulatory comments and assist with redesigns as needed.
• Assist with stormwater management reports and submittals.
• Participate in Bohler's Learning & Development programs.
• Attend site visits to observe field conditions and coordinate with project teams.
