Bohler in Chalfont, PA seeks an Entry Level Civil Engineer (Land Development) to grow through hands-on design of land development projects. You will work with experienced engineers and mentors to learn site planning, grading, utilities, and stormwater management, using AutoCAD Civil 3D to create layouts and designs.

You will contribute to projects for commercial, residential, and mixed-use markets while building a solid engineering foundation and professional network through Bohler’s Learning &

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 0–1+ years of residential, commercial, or industrial site design and permitting experience preferred.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D is preferred; training may be provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Work on land development projects including site planning, grading, utilities, and stormwater management.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers throughout all design stages.
• Create site layouts using AutoCAD Civil 3D and review design manuals and regulations.
• Support stormwater reports and construction submittals as needed.
• Attend site visits and participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs.
• Engage with local professional organizations to build your network.
