Bohler's Orlando, FL office is seeking an Entry Level Civil Engineer (Land Development) eager to learn and contribute. You will work with engineers, designers, and project managers on land development projects, from site planning through construction, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship.

You'll use AutoCAD Civil 3D to design site layouts, grading plans, and utilities, while researching regulations, addressing comments, and supporting stormwater reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 0–1+ years in site design and permitting.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D; training provided if needed.
• Strong communication and collaborative mindset.
• EIT certification helpful but not required.

Responsabilités

• Work on land development projects across commercial, residential, industrial, and mixed-use sites.
• Learn site design from concept to construction with experienced mentors.
• Create site layouts, grading plans, and utilities using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Research design manuals, zoning ordinances, and regulations.
• Assist with regulatory comments, stormwater reports, and submittals.
• Engage in training and professional development programs.
