Job summary

Bohler’s Miami, FL office is seeking an Entry Level Civil Engineer (Land Development) eager to learn, grow, and make a positive impact. You’ll work with engineers, designers, and PMs on land development projects, including site planning, grading, utilities, and stormwater management, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship.

As part of Bohler's Learning & Development programs, you’ll receive AutoCAD Civil 3D training and exposure to all stages of the design process, from concept through

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 0–1+ years of site design and permitting experience.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D; training provided if needed.
• Strong communication and collaborative teamwork skills.
• EIT certification is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work on land development projects including site planning, grading, utilities and stormwater.
• Learn stages of site design from concept through construction with mentors.
• Create site layouts and grading plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Research design manuals, zoning ordinances and regulations.
• Support stormwater reports and construction submittals.
