Job summary

Bohler’s Boca Raton, FL office is seeking an Entry Level Civil Engineer (Land Development) who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to real land development projects. In this role you will work closely with engineers, designers, and project managers to bring exciting land development projects to life.

You will collaborate on site planning, grading, utilities, and stormwater management, while benefiting from mentorship and Bohler’s Learning & Development programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 0–1+ years of residential, commercial, or industrial site design experience.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D (training provided if not yet proficient).
• Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Work on a variety of land development projects, including commercial, residential, industrial, and mixed-use sites
• Partner with experienced engineers and mentors to learn every stage of site design, from concept through construction
• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to create site layouts, grading plans, and utility designs
• Research and interpret design manuals, zoning ordinances, and jurisdictional regulations
• Review and address regulatory comments and assist with project redesigns as needed
• Support the preparation of stormwater management reports and construction submittals
• Participate in professional and technical training through Bohler’s Learning & Development programs
• Attend site visits to observe field conditions and coordinate with project teams
• Engage in civic, professional, and business organizations to build your network
• Perform other responsibilities in accordance with company policies and standards
