Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 0-1+ years of site design experience (residential/commercial/industrial).
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D; training provided if needed.
• EIT certification is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work on land development projects across commercial, residential, industrial, and mixed-use sites.
• Learn all stages of site design from concept through construction with mentoring engineers.
• Create site layouts, grading plans, and utilities using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Interpret design manuals, zoning ordinances, and jurisdictional regulations.
