Job summary

Bohler’s Lehigh Valley, PA office is seeking an Entry Level Civil Engineer (Land Development) who is eager to learn, grow, and make a positive impact. You will work closely with engineers, designers, and project managers to bring exciting land development projects to life, including site planning, grading, utilities, and stormwater management.

You will contribute to projects for well-known brands across commercial, residential, and mixed-use markets, while laying the groundwork for a rewarding

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 0–1+ years of residential, commercial, or industrial site design and permitting experience.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D (training provided if not proficient).
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Work on land development projects including site planning, grading, utilities and stormwater management.
• Learn each stage of site design from concept through construction with mentors.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers and project managers to bring projects to life.
• Attend site visits to observe field conditions and coordinate with project teams.
