Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of prior relevant experience in casino marketing or a related field required.
• Must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and act as a goodwill ambassador to guests; anticipate and resolve problems as appropriate.
• Meet monthly/quarterly goals in theoretical win dictated by Slot Marketing Director.
• Educate and train hosted players on upcoming tournaments, promotions, and events; respond to questions in person, by phone, or by email.
