Caesars Entertainment, Harrah's Atlantic City, is seeking an Host Marketing National Casino Regional—Full Time to elevate gaming revenues and loyalty among NCM guests on-site in Atlantic City, NJ. Responsibilities include personal guest outreach, check-in/check-out greetings, event participation, and arranging transportation/accommodations.

The role calls for a marketing/hotel/business mindset, 2+ years of casino host/marketing or VIP service experience, and strong customer service,

Qualifications

College degree in Marketing, Hotel or Business preferred but not required.
Must have a minimum of 2 years Casino Host, National Casino Marketing, or VIP Services experience in a major gaming operation, preferably in Atlantic City.
Must have a proven track record of personally providing excellent customer service.
Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, team-building and problem-solving skills (both written and verbal).
Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English. Bilingual a plus.
Must possess excellent Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.
NJ CER LICENSE REQUIRED

Responsibilities

Maintain close ties with NCM guests through personal contact by phone and in person.
Greets guests upon check-in/ check-out, in the casino and participates in special events.
Anticipates guests’ needs and quickly responds to guests’ requests to arrange transportation and accommodations.
Uses sound judgment and makes good decisions in accordance with established comp guidelines.
Handles difficult guests and situations in a calm, professional and prudent manner.
Fully complies with all applicable rules, regulations, laws and policies, and conducts themselves with highest levels of integrity and honesty.
