Job summary

PENN Entertainment in Jackpot, NV is seeking a Casino Guest Services Host to enhance guest experiences on the casino floor. You will build relationships with players, promote rewards programs, and coordinate hospitality for events and special requests.

The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, and a proactive, energetic approach to customer service. Prior casino host or guest service experience is valued.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or five years of customer service experience required.
Casino guest service experience of at least one year preferred.
Hosting experience with a customer following is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce CMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist in resolving guest opportunities, conflicts, and complaints fairly.
Develop relationships with players to grow customer base and repeat business.
Host on casino floor and assist with hospitality arrangements and special requests.
Promote the player rewards program and enroll new members.
Uphold customer service standards and regulatory guidelines.
