Job summary

Chase is seeking a Business Relationship Manager to focus on client experience and financial advice for a portfolio of commercial clients. You will provide deposits, cash management and lending guidance, guiding them with tailored solutions to support growth.

You’ll regularly meet clients at their businesses, build a network with COIs and partners across Wealth Management, Home Lending, Branch Teams, and ensure compliance with risk and regulatory requirements while driving profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Knowledge of business credit, core business products, and industry variations.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to balance client needs with firm risk and escalate when needed.
• Proven ability to manage priorities and own problems for clients.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100–130 business clients with annual revenue of $1–$5 million; provide deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to $500,000.
• Deliver an outstanding experience by offering comprehensive business banking solutions tailored to client needs.
• Apply knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk to identify and promote client-focused solutions.
• Conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients; follow a relationship development process and adjust strategies as needed.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to cultivate long-term banking relationships.
• Collaborate with partners across lines of business to meet client financial goals.
• Lead by supporting branches and ensure compliance with risk and regulatory requirements.
