Job summary

Chase is seeking a Business Relationship Manager in Business Banking to help clients grow with financial solutions, education, and advice. You will manage a portfolio of new and existing business clients by building relationships and providing financial guidance focused on client experience and risk management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• General business knowledge of credit, core products and services with understanding of industry practices.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external partners.
• Ability to balance client needs with risks and escalate when necessary.
• Ability to prioritize daily tasks to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with revenue $1-5M; manage credit opportunities up to $500k.
• Deliver tailored business banking solutions and an outstanding client experience.
• Use finance knowledge to identify and promote profitable solutions for clients and portfolio.
• Regularly conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients; refine relationship strategies with guidance from management.
• Identify and pursue new business clients to cultivate long-term primary banking relationships.
• Collaborate with partners across Chase lines of business to meet client needs.
• Provide leadership and uphold risk management and regulatory compliance in assigned branches.
