Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Business Relationship Manager in their Business Banking division. You will manage a portfolio of high-revenue clients, deepen client relationships, and provide tailored banking solutions while focusing on deposits, cash management, and risk management.

Responsibilities include leading client meetings, coordinating with Branch, Wealth, and Private Bank teams, and driving referrals to grow primary banking relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services; knowledge of business credit underwriting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen a portfolio of ~100 business clients with annual revenue > $5M; support large credit deals up to $15M.
• Deliver customized business banking solutions to Chase clients.
• Cultivate long-term, primary banking relationships through in-person/virtual calls.
• Partner with Branch, Wealth Management and Private Bank to deliver personal financial solutions.
• Ensure end-to-end delivery of new accounts and full suite of products and services.
