Job summary

Chase is seeking a Business Relationship Manager in Business Banking to help clients grow their businesses with financial solutions, education, and advice. You will manage a portfolio of 70-90 business clients with revenue of $1-5 million, providing deposit, cash management, and credit opportunities up to $500k while maintaining risk controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience
• General knowledge of business credit and products with industry variations
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal partners
• Ability to balance client needs with firm risk and escalate when needed
• Ability to prioritize daily objectives and own issues for clients
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 70-90 business clients with revenue of $1-5 million and manage credit up to $500,000
• Deliver customized business banking solutions and strong client experience
• Identify and promote solutions to serve clients and ensure portfolio profitability
• Conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients to build relationships and refine strategies
• Identify and pursue new business clients and cultivate long-term relationships
• Collaborate with partners across lines of business to meet client needs
• Support branches and adhere to risk management protocols and regulatory requirements
