Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of relevant work experience in benefits, payroll, or customer service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Process benefit applications and requests for benefit calculations.
• Perform routine data entry and update client accounts.
