Serco is seeking a Junior Benefits Administrator in Austin to support retirement pension processing on a dynamic team. The role involves routine case processing, benefit applications, and data entry, with the possibility of working under supervision and adhering to company policies.

This temporary position spans approximately 6–8 months, offering exposure to PBGC-backed pension benefits and a structured benefits environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years of relevant work experience in employee benefits, payroll, or related fields.
• Microsoft Office knowledge and experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine entry level case processing activities including processing benefit applications and benefit calculations.
• Process client requested account updates and complete customer facing data entry.
• Submit requests for customer correspondence using client-based software.
• Adhere to PBGC, Serco, and team policies and embody Serco values.
