Job summary

Serco is seeking a Junior Benefits Administrator in Atlanta, GA to support retirement pensions on a dynamic team. You'll handle routine case processing, benefit applications, and client account updates under supervision, helping to protect retirees’ benefits.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with about two years in related roles and strong MS Office skills. This is a temporary 6–8 month position.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant work experience in benefits-related field or customer service.
• Experience with data entry and routine case processing is preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine entry level case processing activities including processing benefit applications and requests for benefit calculations.
• Process client requested account updates and complete customer facing data entry.
• Submit requests for customer correspondence using client-based software.
