The Chicago Lighthouse is seeking a junior Business Development Representative to help build a strong pipeline of prospective clients across healthcare, insurance, government, and commercial sectors. You will conduct outbound prospecting, research target organizations, track leads, schedule meetings, and support senior leadership in campaigns and opportunities.

Ideal candidates are organized, persistent, curious, and comfortable reaching out to new clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, marketing, communications, sales, or related field.
• 0–3 years in business development, sales, lead generation, marketing, or related.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify prospective clients in healthcare, insurance, government and commercial sectors.
• Outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Develop outreach campaigns and target lists.
• Schedule qualified meetings for senior leadership.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track pipeline.
