Qualifications

• Experience with outbound calling and account management is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone and email to support orders and inquiries.
• Make 50+ outbound calls daily to warm leads and existing customers.
• Build relationships with business decision-makers across industries.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within accounts.
• Manage a portfolio of ~400 active customer accounts.
• Learn a large catalog of industry-specific products and solutions.
