Qualifications

• 3-4 years of professional work experience for candidates without a degree
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Comfortable speaking with customers and making outbound calls

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone and email to support orders, account needs, and product inquiries
• Make 50+ outbound calls daily to warm leads and existing customers
• Build relationships with business decision-makers including Service Managers, Operations Managers, CFOs, and Purchasing Teams
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing customer accounts
• Follow up on provided leads and sales opportunities
• Manage and support a portfolio of approximately 400 active customer accounts
• Learn a large catalog of industry-specific products and solutions
• Deliver exceptional customer service while developing sales skills
• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and mentorship programs
• Travel opportunities may become available as you grow into the role
